In accordance with current legislation concerning personal data protection, the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December, WINSOR informs users of the following conditions:

The personal data you supply us will be incorporated into a duly registered file at the Data Protection Agency, belonging to and responsibility of WINSOR registered at (Industria s/n 25790 Oliana, Lleida-Spain).

For this purpose, pursuant to Royal Decree 994/1999, of 11th June, WINSOR has adopted suitable security measures and has installed means and technical measures to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of the personal data provided.

When connecting to the WINSOR website, the server that hosts the site automatically recognises both the IP address of the user's computer and time and date of access, and which content the user browsed. The WINSOR server requires this information in order to be able to send the user whatever he or she requests via their browser and view it on screen. However, neither the server nor any member of WINSOR can know any of the user's personal details unless the user has freely and conscientiously provided them.

The collection and automated handling of your personal data has the initial purpose of providing information and/or managing services requested of WINSOR who, in turn, can send the user (by e-mail if they click on the "ACCEPT" button below) any commercial or advertising information the company considers might interest you. The personal data you provide us may be offered to third parties in order to provide information or manage the delivery of products by WINSOR.

The user can at any time exercise their right to access (request information about personal data), rectify or cancel (request the correction or deletion of inaccurate or incorrect personal data included in the file) and oppose (request to oppose the handling of personal data) pursuant to the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection.
